I don't know why it has taken me 40-something years to discover Ireland--it's a wonderful place! Alex and I went for a nice vacation with Grandma and Grandpa and a good time was had by all. We all enjoyed the amazingly green countryside even though it did rain 9 days out of 10. There seemed to be little leprechauns and Guiness around every corner and fish & chips on the table for at least one meal a day.
