We quickly visited Bern and then headed out towards Interlaken and two beautiful emerald green lakes: Thun and Brienz. The views were spectacular.
We ended up staying the night in Lauterbrunnen, perhaps one of the most beautiful places I have ever been. We were actually on the way somewhere else, but when we saw the Jungfrau Campground, right below a waterfall and with a stunning valley-view, we knew we had to stay. We got the last room in the dormitory/hostel section of the campground. Had heat and hot water, but there was still a camp feel to the whole place. This was the early morning view.
The next day we took a very steep cable car to another stunning mountain town with amazing views.
