We had our first true "emergency" today: Alex fell at school and almost knocked his front teeth out. I rushed him to the dentist and then loaded him up with ice cream at home to soothe the pain. After a long nap, he declared himself better and hopped over the porch to play in the park. It's great that he's old enough to hang out in the park by himself with the other kids. He enjoys it and so do I!
