I never really know how excited (or nervous?) Alex is about activities and today was no exception. But judging from his performance in the Christmas show at his school, I'd say he was one cool and collected lion and I was the excited and nervous one. The theme of the show was the CIRCUS and Alex's class did a lion-taming act. I developed a new appreciation for Alex's teachers and all the others in the school as they managed 30+ kids from each class. Le Pere Noel then visited the kids with toys for each classroom to be shared by all. Alex was so exhausted that he fell asleep at 5:45 and didn't wake up until the next morning.
Alex's favorite moment was probably being with his friend Francisco.
I got a kick out of the cafeteria menu for the day: Chrismas Feast: aperitif (lemonade), Nordic salad (greens with salmon and shrimp), lasagna with Bolognais sauce, Christmas cake, clementines).
